These lamps engage with the concepts of focus, light, and darkness by adding an element of playfulness. You turn the light on by pulling the front cap down. As the cap slowly moves back up, the lamp closes, and the light fades out.

Created for Futuremore Collective in 2020
Intentionally activating a light creates a sense of focus. These timer lights are designed to light up for a short duration only. By pulling the mechanic lampshade down, the light switches on. As time elapses, the lamp gradually retracts, causing the light to dim and gently fade.
